Who we are

Fern Learning is a New Zealand learning management platform for the homecare and disability support sector. We act as a processor for personal information you upload about your team and your learners.

What we collect

Account information (name, work email, role), learning records (course progress, quiz attempts, certificates), and platform usage telemetry needed to operate the service.

How we use it

Only to deliver the platform, fulfil compliance reporting obligations on your behalf, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Training records are retained for a minimum of 7 years to meet sector audit requirements. We use soft deletion only — learner records are deactivated, not destroyed.
