The service

Fern Learning provides a hosted multi-tenant learning management platform for the New Zealand homecare and disability support sector, billed on an annual subscription basis.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Fern Learning only for legitimate workforce training and compliance purposes, and not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to Fern Learning. We retain ownership of the platform itself and any aggregated, de-identified statistics.

Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription at the end of the current annual term on 30 days written notice. You may export all learner records via the platform before termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
